This book was published over ten years ago by HBR Press but it is one of the best business book I ever read. Very well structured, to the point, interesting and easy to read.

Some aspects in Part Two feel a bit outdated since things that were in the coming are now the present, but if anything it proves that the author had very sharp analysis to foresee things that are now reality and it makes the overall content of the book even more compelling.

I loved Part One and the analysis of what influenced and contributed to the constructions of traits and values of the Y generation, as well as the analysis of the preceding generations, there perception of you and of the world and how to take these aspects into account and leverage them in your work environment.

Part Two about finding the right career path was less interesting for me. Definitely great of you are about to start your career or if you are dissatisfied and looking for reorientation. I personally found this part interesting to reflect about the choices I made so far.

Part Three is a great synthesis of the best advices and methods I came across in other books or articles. What I loved about this part was how clear and concrete the key aspects to achieve success for yourself in the business place are presented. Regularly checking if you are still aware and doing all of that is a must for anyone at any point of your career. Reading this book is definitely worth it, even ten years later!
